About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Run and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement listing SEO strategies.
- Analyze sales, traffic, and advertising data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with operations to avoid stock-outs.
- Track marketplace metrics such as conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, and overall account health.
- Execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and festive offers.
- Handle catalog issues, listing suppressions, and coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and new features.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in running and optimizing Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
- Understanding of keyword research, listing optimization, and e-commerce analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional marketplaces such as Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, or ONDC.
- Knowledge of advertising metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with inventory planning and catalog management.
