General Description:
The Zoho Specialist will be responsible for administering, developing, and optimizing the company's technology platforms, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM and Zoho FSM, as well as other modules within the Zoho suite. This position combines the responsibilities of a developer, IT administrator, and digital process consultant, ensuring that technology tools support the company's strategic goals and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Zoho Administration & Development:
- Configure, customize, and manage Zoho CRM, Zoho FSM, and other Zoho modules.
- Develop custom functions using Deluge, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.

2. IT Support & Troubleshooting:
- Address and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain system security and ensure all IT systems remain up to date.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of computers, systems, and digital platforms.

3. Digital Project Management:




- Analyze internal processes and recommend improvements through Zoho and other technology solutions.
- Train employees on the proper use of Zoho and other digital tools.

4. Innovation & Optimization:
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance company productivity.
- Automate repetitive processes to maximize efficiency.
- Recommend improvements to the organization's technology infrastructure.

Minimum Position Requirements:
Education / Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho FSM, or other Zoho modules.
- Experience in programming, including Deluge, JavaScript, Python, and APIs.
- Previous experience in technical support and IT systems administration.
