Job Summary:The Quantity Surveyor will support quantity estimation, cost planning, and budgeting for civil construction works. The role involves reading drawings/BOQs, preparing quantity take-offs, and assisting in maintaining accurate cost records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run the project on the ground and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Make the project BOQ and estimates.
- Take ownership of project execution from estimation through completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams to drive project progress.
- Monitor daily site activities, track milestones, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and construction specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide progress updates to management.




- Verify quantities executed on-site and ensure alignment with project estimates and BOQs.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil quantity estimation.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret BOQs and architectural drawings.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
