Etsy Growth Manager Clothing

Location: Surat (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Etsy product listings.
- Perform keyword research and implement Etsy SEO strategies.
- Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, attributes, images, and videos.
- Research trending clothing products and competitor strategies.
- Manage Etsy Ads and improve ROAS while reducing ACOS.
- Create and optimize AI-generated product images and videos.
- Monitor store performance, traffic, conversion rate, and sales.
- Analyze reports and suggest strategies to improve business growth.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and management teams for smooth product launches.
- Take ownership of monthly sales targets and overall Etsy account performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Etsy marketplace experience.




- Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, Listings, and Ads.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar.
- Good understanding of product research and market trends.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Target-driven, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
