Job Profile/Details
- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior staff to ensure consistency and quality.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment and tools under the guidance of senior staff. Follow safety protocols to ensure proper use and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
- Follow hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a protected and clean bakery environment.
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting any shortages or issues to senior staff.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance baking skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support the overall operation of the bakery.
- Provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Pay: ₹10,109.69 - ₹25,150.48 per month
