Graphic Designer & Administrative Support Executive - RemoteJob Overview

We are looking for a creative, organised and reliable Graphic Designer & Administrative Support Executive to join our growing team.

This is a remote, full-time position suitable for someone who is creative, confident in English and comfortable managing different types of work.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design and Marketing
- Design Facebook and Instagram advertising creatives.
- Create social media posts, banners, flyers, pamphlets and brochures.
- Design promotional graphics for different campaigns and offers.
- Resize and adapt designs for social media, websites and printed materials.
- Follow business branding guidelines and maintain a consistent qualified look.
- Make changes to designs based on feedback.
- Assist with basic social media content preparation and posting.

Customer Service and Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls for our Australian NDIS business
- Speak professionally and politely with participants, support workers and other stakeholders.




- Take messages and pass important information to the relevant team member.
- Make follow-up calls when required.
- Maintain accurate call notes and customer information.

NDIS Administration
- Prepare and send invoices.
- Communicate staff shifts and roster information.
- Assist with maintaining participant, employee and service records.
- Follow up with staff regarding availability, shifts and required information.
- Support the team with general day-to-day administrative work.

Solar Energy Administration
- Assist with administrative work for Solar Energy business
- Follow up with customers regarding documents, appointments, payments or missing information.
- Update customer details and progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales staff, customers and other team members.
- Perform general data entry and record-keeping tasks.

Required Skills and Experience
- Good written and spoken English is essential.
