Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, UDCPR, and other statutory regulations.
- Monitor site execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Review shop drawings, materials, and architectural finishes.
- Prepare and review BOQs and support project budgeting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely delivery of design milestones with mínimal rework.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3-8 years of experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Experience working on projects within the MMR region is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RERA and UDCPR regulations.
- Excellent architectural design and detailing skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
