Job Title: Bilingual Operations Support Executive - Spanish Speaking

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month, based on experience

About the Role

We are hiring Bilingual Operations Support Executives to support US-based last-mile delivery operations.

This is not a DOT compliance role. The work is focused on last mile operations support, dispatch coordination, HR support, payroll assistance, driver communication, and daily operations support.

What You’ll Do
- Support US based last-mile delivery operations during live shift hours
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, managers, and client teams in English and Spanish
- Track routes, attendance, rescues, delays, call-outs, and daily operational issues
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, documentation, warnings, and offboarding
- Support payroll by checking hours, attendance, overtime, and weekly reports
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
- Escalate urgent issues quickly and professionally





Must-Have Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English:
- Strong spoken Spanish for driver/client communication
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
- Good computer skills and ability to work with spreadsheets, portals, and reports
- Explicit communication, ownership, and problem-solving attitude
- Must be able to work from office in Ludhiana

Preferred Experience
- Last-mile delivery, logistics, dispatch, BPO, KPO, HR, or payroll experience
- Experience supporting US, Canada, or North American clients
- Familiarity with payroll, HRIS, scheduling, or dispatch tools is a plus

Experience Levels We’re Hiring
- Trainee / Fresher: Strong English + Spanish, willing to learn
- Executive: 1-4 years of operations, dispatch, HR, payroll, or client support experience
- Senior / Team Lead: 5+ years with team handling or US operations experience
