About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Handle offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
