Job Description:
We are looking for a Jewellery Sales cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a customer support-focused role with no sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with jewellery product inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, order updates, and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely communication.

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).




- Freshers with outstanding English communication are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

- Graduate (preferred)

This is not a target-based sales role. The primary responsibility is customer support and coordination with international clients while delivering a premium customer experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
