About the Role

Our websites are built on Shopify, and we have our store and office setup at the same location in Ahmedabad. We are looking for someone who can independently manage and grow our online business rather than someone who only handles social media or advertising.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management
- Upload and manage products, collections, pricing, offers and product content.
- Optimise product titles, descriptions, URLs, images and collections.
- Handle Shopify store merchandising and conversion optimisation.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and overall website performance.
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product launches and website updates.

SEO & Website Growth




- Manage on-page SEO for both websites.
- Create and optimise Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions and Meta Tags.
- Work on keyword research, product SEO and collection SEO.
- Improve organic traffic and Google rankings.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Identify SEO and website issues and implement improvements.

Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads / Google Shopping campaigns.
- Set up and monitor retargeting campaigns.
- Understand Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CAC and conversion rates.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for required ad creatives.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of online sales growth for NICEG and DORYD.
- Set and work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
