About the Role

This role requires excellent communication, strong sales skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and web development solutions.
- Explain service offerings, pricing, timelines, and business benefits effectively.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the delivery and project teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales/business development within a Digital Marketing Agency, Website Development Company, IT Services, or similar industry is mandatory.:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or IT service sales is preferred.
