Job Summary
Jira Administrator with (ACP-120) ceritification.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Stability & Technical Ownership
- Ensure stability, availability, and reliability of Jira and Confluence Cloud
- Handle incidents, issues, and technical troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Atlassian Support and marketplace vendors
- Maintain and support existing integrations with enterprise systems (e.g. ITSM, identity, reporting, CI/CD)
- Configure and maintain Jira Automation rules
- Troubleshoot integration and automation issues
- Support platform hygiene, performance, and general reliability
Jira & Confluence Administration
- Administer Jira and Confluence Cloud day-to-day
- Configure and maintain:
- Workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and schemes
- Projects, spaces, boards, filters, dashboards, and reports
- Support creation, maintenance, and clean-up of projects and spaces
- Support access management and permissions
- Translate requirements into practical Jira/Confluence configurations
- Document configurations, changes, and known patterns
Stakeholder & Delivery Support
- Act as a central point of contact for Jira/Confluence questions and requests
- Support delivery, planning, and engineering teams in effective tool usage
- Work pragmatically across business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure changes are delivered with quality and mínimal disruption
Skill Requirements
Strong hands-on experience administering Jira Cloud in a complex or enterprise environment
- Solid experience with:
- Workflows, schemes, permissions, automation
- Project and space configuration
- Experience supporting Jira and Confluence at scale
- Comfortable operating independently in a rapid-moving environment
Required Certification
- Atlassian Certified Professional - Jira Administrator for Cloud (ACP-120) (or equivalent, recent enterprise-level Jira Cloud administration experience)
