Admin & Academy Operations Executive

Dinkers Pickleball Academy & Club

Dinkers Pickleball Academy & Club is hiring a full-time Admin & Academy Operations Executive to manage daily academy operations and front desk coordination.

This role is mainly for someone who is organized, punctual, good with people, and comfortable using basic software every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily academy operations.
- Handle parent, student, member, and walk-in enquiries.
- Update student attendance and records in the software.
- Add trial students, new students, batch details, payments, and renewals in the system.
- Coordinate trial classes and follow up after trials.
- Coordinate with coaches for daily batches, current joiners, absentees, and renewals.
- Track pending payments and upcoming renewals.
- Send reminders for payments, renewals, and classes.
- Support front desk operations.
- Maintain a professional and organized academy experience.
- Share daily reports with management.

Requirements:
- Comfortable working split shift:7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM:




- Comfortable working 6 days a week:
- Comfortable using basic software daily
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets
- Punctual, reliable, and organized
- Able to speak professionally with parents, students, members, and walk-ins

Pickleball knowledge is not required. Willingness to learn is important.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Incentives will be based on renewals, trial conversions, payment follow-ups, software record accuracy, reporting discipline, and communication quality.

Working Hours

Morning: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Evening: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week
