We're looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Associate who can drive lead generation, support client acquisition, and lead a team of Business Development Interns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, mentoring people, and building scalable business development processes.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities while overseeing the day-to-day performance of the Business Development Interns. You will guide the team, ensure outreach quality, monitor targets, and work closely with senior leadership to strengthen TransCurators' sales pipeline and growth initiatives.





Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Interns.
- Assign daily and weekly targets and monitor performance.
- Review lead quality, outreach campaigns, and prospect databases.
- Conduct regular training sessions on research, outreach, and sales best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and support interns in achieving their goals.
- Ensure timely reporting and maintain high productivity across the team.

Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and research potential clients across global markets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure lead databases are accurate, organized, and up to date.

Business Development & Outreach
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
