Position Summary

The Senior CVA Condition Monitoring Manager is responsible for leading Caterpillar's global Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Condition Monitoring organization and delivering world-class machine health insights that improve customer uptime, increase equipment availability, and drive profitable aftermarket growth.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a large global organization responsible for analyzing machine health data, generating actionable recommendations, supporting dealer service execution,



and creating measurable customer value through proactive equipment management.

The position is accountable for organizational performance, recommendation quality, operational excellence, workforce development, dealer satisfaction, and business outcomes associated with Caterpillar's Condition Monitoring programs. The Senior Manager will work closely with dealers, Product Support teams, Digital organizations, Product Groups, and Uptime Solutions leadership to continuously improve monitoring effectiveness and expand customer value realization.
