About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Sales professional to

robust track record in acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and

selling IT Staffing, Software Development, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data &
Analytics, and Digital Transformation services to US-based organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across the US market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual

revenue targets.
- Generate business opportunities through networking, cold calling,

referrals, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, capability discussions, and

solution pitches.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers,

procurement teams, and C-level executives.




- Understand client business challenges and align service offerings to

address their needs.
- Establish long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.

Solution Selling
- Drive sales for IT Staffing (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent

Hiring), Software Development, Cloud Solutions, Data Engineering,

Analytics, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation services.
- Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and technical teams to create

customized client solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, commercial agreements, and Statements of

Work (SOWs).

Revenue & Account Growth
- Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and client acquisition targets.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through cross-selling and

upselling.
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting

through CRM tools.

Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and

competitor activities.
