About the Role
The Production Manager - Conferences is responsible for managing end-to-end conference production workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between Product, Operations, and Suppliers. The role focuses on data quality, operational efficiency, stakeholder communication, and delivering high-quality conference content aligned with business and product requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the product roadmap and business requirementsto align conference production activities
- Manage workflow coordination and communicationbetween Product, Operations, and Suppliers, including hosting weekly and ad hoc meetings
- Research, analyze, and resolve issues reported by customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor data quality, conduct regular health checks, and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Track and report key operational metricsthrough dashboards and trackers
- Manage and monitor budgets and supplier invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
- Ensure smooth execution of conference content ingestion, processing, and delivery workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and data quality standards
- Ability to write explicit and structured AI prompts to improve output quality and efficiency
