Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)Professional Graduate Programme in Mechanical Engineering
- To do HVAC system design, ensure energy-productive, sustainable, and code
- compliant solutions aligned with Project requirements and interdisciplinary design objectives
- Knowledge on design of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting design, piping design, Ventilation calculations, Life Safety systems and equipment selections
- Ensure design compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE,



NBC standards, Local & international codes
- Review and validate layouts, schematics, and system control strategies
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure design integration
- Conduct value engineering to optimize system efficiency and lifecycle costs.
- Provide Technical support during construction, testing and commissioning
- Provide Technical support during Tender preparations (DBR, BOQ, Layouts etc.,.)
- Provide Technical support for BOQ reconciliations
- Guide & develop the team for the department growth
