Job Title: Marketing Manager - Solar

Minimum Salary: ₹35,000/- per month + Performance Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, field campaigns, channel partners, and corporate networking.
- Promote rooftop solar solutions under MNRE/UPNEDA schemes.
- Manage social media, website, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Build relationships with builders, RWAs, industries, institutions, and government departments.
- Conduct promotional events, exhibitions, and awareness programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and campaign performance.

Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing) / Graduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Solar, Electrical, EPC, or Renewable Energy sector.
- Strong communication, leadership, and digital marketing skills.
- Willing to travel across Uttar Pradesh.
