Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Linux operating system experience to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Implement and maintain containerization solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Develop and support Microservices architectures to enhance scalability and flexibility.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) to automate and streamline deployment processes.
- Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Shell, and Python for automation tasks.
- Manage databases and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking appliances including routing, switching, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Develop automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices Development.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Shell, and Python.
- Experience with database management and optimization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking principles and appliances.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with automation and monitoring tools.
