What you will do-
- Enable campaign management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and customer engagement programs and ensure integration across Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, SAP, and web channels




- Partner with Digital teams to lead Adobe Commerce (Magento) strategy, delivery, and operational excellence. Enable B2B and B2C eCommerce capabilities, customer journeys, product management, pricing, promotions, and online sales growth.
- Ensure robust integration between Commercial platforms and SAP. Support end-to-end business processes covering customer data, pricing, inventory, orders, transactions, and reporting
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate global teams, business functions, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.What we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience in complex global organizations.
