Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Oragadam
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical/Production/Automobile)
Experience: 5-6 Years
CTC: ₹4-5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs (G-code/M-code) and set up VMC/CNC machines.
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Prepare process sheets, tooling plans, and fixture concepts.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Ensure compliance with IATF quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports related to process engineering.
- Support machine selection, layout planning, and continuous process improvement.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and manufacturing process documentation.
- 5-6 years of experience in CNC process/manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, AutoCAD, and GD&T.;
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
