Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. This role involves handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing any concerns to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction & Service:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Handle reservations and manage table allocations efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a qualified manner.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service.
Coordination & Communication:
- Keep track of guests and special occasions to enhance their experience.
- Collect guest feedback and report concerns to the management for improvement.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and feedback reports.
- Assist in promotional activities and loyalty programs.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and always organized.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
