We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer bills and invoices accurately using the billing software.
- Record daily sales and transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain cash, UPI, card, and other payment records.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit end-of-shift reports.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team for smooth order processing.
- Prepare GST invoices and maintain billing records.
- Assist in maintaining stock and purchase entries in Tally, as required.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle customer queries related to billing professionally.
- Support the accounts team with documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, cashier, or accounts.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of GST invoicing and accounting entries.
- Comfortable using MS Excel and computer billing software.
- Valuable numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable.
- Must be willing to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, cafeterias, hotels, retail, or food businesses.
- Knowledge of inventory and purchase entries in Tally.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
