Job Summary

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and campaign execution skills, along with the ability to build and maintain a network of influencers across India and international markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Identification & Outreach
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, bloggers, and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.




- Build and maintain a robust database of influencers across multiple industries and niches.
- Research emerging creators, niche influencers, and trending content opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and creator communities.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Match influencers based on target audience, industry, campaign goals, and budget.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and content schedules.
- Ensure influencers adhere to campaign guidelines, brand messaging, and content quality standards.
- Monitor campaign execution from onboarding to final reporting.

Client & Influencer Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and influencers.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and commercial agreements.
- Build long-term relationships with both influencers and clients to encourage repeat co
