About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital growth initiatives and performance marketing strategies.

This is a business-critical role where success is measured by revenue growth, lead quality, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and marketing ROI—not simply by campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and improve campaign efficiency.
- Continuously reduce CPL and CAC while improving ROAS.




- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copy, and landing pages.

Growth & Lead Generation

Develop scalable lead generation strategies for:
- International Curriculum Programs
- Study Abroad Services
- Career Counselling
- University Admissions
- School Partnerships
- Institutional & B2B Business Development

Create a predictable and measurable lead pipeline that supports revenue growth.

Brand Growth
- Strengthen digital brand positioning and messaging.
- Drive organic growth through content marketing and community engagement.
- Improve brand awareness and online visibility across digital channels.

Social Media Growth

Own growth strategies across:
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)

Drive improvements in:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers
- Website Traffic
