Hiring - RMC Production Officer

Position: RMC Production Officer

We are looking for an experienced and responsible RMC Production Officer to manage day-to-day ready-mix concrete production operations and ensure secure, efficient, and quality-focused plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily RMC production activities and production planning.
- Coordinate with the batching plant operator, Quality/Lab, Dispatch, Maintenance, and site teams.
- Ensure production as per approved mix designs and customer/site requirements.
- Monitor raw material availability and consumption.
- Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity and minimize material wastage.
- Monitor concrete quality, production schedules, and batch records.
- Handle production-related issues and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain daily production reports and shift records.
- Supervise manpower and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in RMC/Ready-Mix Concrete production preferred.
- Good knowledge of concrete production, batching plant operations, and mix designs.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
