Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to produce high-quality content.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Grow brand awareness, increase followers, and improve audience engagement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts.




- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Robust organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
