About the Job

Sikri Farms is looking for a responsible, disciplined and honest Security Officer to protect our factory, farm, employees and company assets.

Salary
- ₹20,000 - ₹25000 per month (depending on experience)
- Performance-based growth

Responsibilities:
- Manage entry and exit of people, vehicles and materials.
- Maintain gate registers accurately.
- Check inward and outward material properly.
- Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity.
- Patrol the factory and farm regularly.
- Ensure safety of employees and company property.
- Report security incidents immediately.
- Follow company security rules and help maintain discipline.

Requirements:
- Retired Army, Paramilitary or Defence personnel preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass.




- Physically fit and disciplined.
- Honest, alert and responsible.
- Able to use a smartphone and maintain basic records.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.
