Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and develop current business opportunities for Domestic IT Staffing services.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and rate cards with clients.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.




- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business pipeline updates for management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands in the Domestic IT staffing market.

Team Management Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-5 Business Development Executives/Account Managers.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Guide the team in client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Mandatory Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing/IT Recruitment Business Development.
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
