Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Draft offer letters, NDAs, internship letters, and onboarding kits
- Ensure seamless onboarding and maintain employee records
- Manage HR documentation aligned with compliance standards
- Assist in updating HR policies and templates
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Making reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
