Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly, child-centred classroom
- Observe each child closely and respond to their developmental needs
- Present materials with care and guide children toward independence
- Support growth across language, math, movement, practical life, emotional and social development
- Communicate with parents
- Collaborate with the team and keep growing in Montessori practice
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong English communication
- Experience with young children preferred
- Montessori training is welcome, not mandatory
- Fluency in English (required)

PEP Schoolv2 is a Montessori-inspired IGCSE school network in Bangalore and Hyderabad from preschool to grade 10.
