As an Associate within Global Regulatory & Policy Management (GRPM), you will join the Reporting, Quality & Insights (RQ&I;) team responsible for centralized reporting and dashboards, workflow enablement, quality control, regulatory/policy insights, and continuous process improvement across the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB).

The role supports the deployment of AI-enabled workflows, centralized operating models, and regulatory technology solutions designed to improve consistency, efficiency, and transparency across GRPM. The team acts as a central hub for operational excellence, cross-CIB coordination, workflow design, and data-driven process optimization.

You will partner with GRPM lines of business and key stakeholders including CIB Regional Controls, Firmwide Legal & Regulatory Change (LRCM) Program, Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, and CIB business stakeholders to enhance regulatory/policy processes and support GRPM's evolving target operating model.

Job responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance CIB Regulation dashboards,



reports, and management information (MI).
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, metrics, KPIs, and standardized reporting definitions aligned to policy governance and regulatory needs.
- Consolidate and map data from multiple internal sources to standard definitions to support consistent regulatory/policy reporting.
- Design and execute data quality controls including reconciliations, exception reporting, and control evidence generation.
- Develop and improve QA processes for Regulatory Policy Management reporting (validation steps, approvals, controls, and audit trail).
- Configure and support workflow solutions for policy-related processes (intake, review/approval, attestations, exceptions, and distribution).
