About the Role

Pride Housing is a Bangalore-based residential developer building large-scale, high-rise apartment communities using Mivan (aluminium formwork) technology. We are hiring an AGM/DGM - Projects to independently own a large residential high-rise project end-to-end — from planning through execution and handover. Complete project ownership, direct visibility to the Director, and the chance to lead one of Bangalore's most advanced execution setups — all yours.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute a large residential project using Mivan (aluminium formwork) technology
- Own RCC structural works — walls, slabs, and complete cast-in-place structure
- Drive cost control, quality control, and timeline adherence across the entire project
- Lead the complete site team — 10+ engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Manage project scheduling, construction planning, and weekly/monthly reviews
- Prepare progress reports, project MIS, and budget reports
- Ensure safety, quality,



labour, and statutory compliance in office
- Be hands-on and available during critical milestones like slab casting

Who Can Apply
- 15-20 years in real estate,residential high-rise construction, with genuine hands-on Mivan execution experience
- Proven track record independently owning large residential/high-rise projects end-to-end
- Experience managing 10+ engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Background strictly in residential construction — not villas, roads, infrastructure, industrial plants, or interiors
- Working proficiency in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus
- Comfortable with site-based work, a Mon-Sat schedule, and availability during critical milestones
- Bangalore-based, or willing to relocate; able to join within 30-60 days

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
