Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound voice support.
- Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions.

Eligibility
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Robust grammar, clear pronunciation, and neutral accent are mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary
- Freshers: ₹28,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Incentive
- Experienced:



Up to ₹43,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Incentive

Work Schedule
- 5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Weekly Off
- 9 Hours Login (10 Hours Shift)

Relocation Benefits
- Relocation bonus after successful completion of 3 months.
