About the Role

This role involves technical design support, client interaction, project coordination, and providing engineering solutions using geosynthetic materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and recommend geosynthetic solutions for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical proposals, calculations, BOQs, drawings, and design reports.
- Evaluate project requirements and recommend appropriate geotêxtiles, geomembranes, geogrids, geocells, GCLs, and other geosynthetic products.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Provide technical presentations and support to the sales team.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assist in tender preparation and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits for inspections, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and international standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 5-10+ years of experience in geosynthetics, civil infrastructure, environmental engineering, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of:
- Geotêxtiles
- Geomembranes
- Geogrids
- Geocells
- Geocomposites
- Drainage Systems
- Experience with roads, railways, landfills, mining, irrigation, retaining walls, embankments, and water infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of geotechnical design principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, or geosynthetic manufacturers.
- Familiarity with IRC, BIS, ASTM, ISO, and other applicable standards.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management and coordination experience.
