Job Summary

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.




- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and digital marketing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketi
