Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- AutoCAD Drawings: Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for office furniture, workstations, desks, storage units, reception counters, joinery items, and metal components.
- Shop Drawings: Create clear and accurate shop drawings and production drawings suitable for manufacturing.
- Drawing Revisions: Update existing drawings to match current company standards and modify drawings based on client requirements, site measurements, and production feedback.
- Coordination: Work closely with the estimation, production, design, and sales teams to ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and ready for execution.
- Technical Accuracy: Check dimensions, materials, hardware placement, fabrication details, and overall drawing quality before drawings are submitted for approval or production.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of AutoCAD drafting experience; experience in office furniture, interiors, or joinery is required.
- Software:



Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read measurements, understand furniture and joinery details, and prepare drawings suitable for manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to complete drawings within agreed timelines.
- Attitude: Hardworking, responsible, professional, and willing to follow Officebase’s drawing standards and work processes.
