1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Target Achievement: Own and deliver the volume and value sales targets for the assigned territory during the Kharif and Rabi seasons.
- Liquidation: Monitor stock movement closely to ensure high liquidation (actual sales to farmers) at the retail counter, minimizing year-end stock returns.
- Collection & Credit Management: Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and dealers strictly adhering to the company’s credit policy to maintain a clean outstanding balance.

2. Channel & Network Management
- Distributor Mapping: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing seed distributors and dealers in the Jalandhar territory.
- Network Expansion: Appoint recent financially sound dealers/distributors in unrepresented pockets to maximize market penetration.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, promotional schemes, new product launches, and supply chain strategies, providing regular feedback to the regional head office.

3. Demand Generation & Extension Activities (Fieldwork)
- Farmer Meetings:



Organize and conduct Farmer Field Days (Kisan Goshtis) and village-level meetings to educate farmers on the yield benefits of Geneva Seeds.
- Result Demonstrations: Set up demo plots on progressive farmers' lands to showcase crop performance, disease resistance, and higher yield metrics.
- Key Relationship Management: Engage with "Influential Farmers," local agricultural extension officers, and co-operative societies to drive product recommendations.
- Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture or an allied science is highly preferred. An MBA in Agribusiness Management is a strong advantage.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of core field sales experience in the seed industry, crop protection, or crop nutrition sectors.
- Territory Knowledge: Must possess thorough, hands-on knowledge of the Punjab geography, local crop cycles (primarily Paddy, Wheat, Maize, Cotton, and local vegetables), and the existing agri-input dealer network
