About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the In-Patient Department (IPD).
- Ensure smooth admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other hospital departments to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and promptly resolve patient and attendant concerns.
- Supervise and guide IPD coordinators, front office, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient care protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and departmental documentation.
- Monitor bed occupancy, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance patient services.
- Support hospital management in achieving operational and patient satisfaction goals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IPD Head or in a similar leadership role within a hospital.
- Strong understanding of hospital IPD operations and patient care coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.:
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle patient grievances with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
