Job Title: Junior Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounts department in managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, and export-related financial processes.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
- Pass journal entries, payment entries, receipts, and contra transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

Export & Banking Operations
- Handle export-related banking documentation and transactions.
- Manage foreign remittance transactions and coordinate with banks.
- Process and maintain Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC).
- Coordinate with banks for export payments,



inward remittances, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of export-related financial formalities.

Payroll & Compliance
- Prepare and process monthly payroll.
- Maintain employee salary records and payroll documentation.
- Assist in statutory deductions and compliance requirements.

GST, TDS & Income Tax
- Prepare data for GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
- Assist in Income Tax compliance and documentation.
- Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and Income Tax assessments.

Audit & Reporting
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for auditors.
- Generate MIS and financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
