Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), presentations, and business reports.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important business documents.
- Track pending tasks and follow up with concerned teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain business records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders when required.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and official events.
- Support administrative and office coordination activities.
- Handle routine communication on behalf of senior management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Administrative Executive, or similar role.




- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
