Key Responsibilities
- Export shipment documentation & coordination
- Follow-up for PO, packaging & dispatch
- Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders & transporters
- Shipment booking & tracking
- Preparing and maintaining logistics MIS in Excel
- Follow-up for export documents
- Customer & internal team coordination
- Maintaining shipment records & status updates
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Basic understanding of export documentation
Knowledge of Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, AWB/BL will be an advantage
Valuable communication, coordination & follow-up skills
Basic understanding of shipment tracking & export logistics
Willingness to learn and handle day-to-day logistics activities
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
