Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with the sales team to communicate and track marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and execution timelines.
- Gather, compile, and analyze market feedback, customer insights, and competitor intelligence received from the field sales team.
- Ensure timely communication of marketing initiatives and monitor implementation across assigned markets.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Purchase team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of promotional materials and POSM.
- Collaborate with the Packaging team to ensure artwork approvals, packaging compliance, and readiness for product launches.
- Maintain inventory records of marketing collaterals and coordinate dispatches as per regional or sales team requirements.

BTL Marketing & Ground Activations:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities including:
- Shop Board Installations
- Wall Paintings & Brandings
- Society Activations
- Road Shows
- Product Sampling & Trials
- Consumer Engagement Programs




- Market Research & Consumer Studies
- Visit key markets to monitor execution quality, branding visibility, merchandising standards, and campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain reports related to:
- Sales Performance
- Retail Audits
- Consumer Insights
- Marketing Campaign Performance
- Marketing Budget & Spend Analysis
- Assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or an equivalent Management qualification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in executing BTL activities, trade marketing, or brand activation programs will be preferred.
