Role Overview

We are looking for a Revenue Manager with 1-2 years of experience to maximize hotel revenue and OTA Operations by setting smart pricing, forecasting demand, and managing inventory across channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage OTA Profiles, Ranking and Ratings.
- Manage OTA related operations like amendments and cancellations.
- Coordinate with OTA team on regular basis.
- Set room prices based on demand, occupancy & competitor analysis.
- Forecast demand and study market trends to guide pricing.
- Manage room inventory across OTAs and prevent over/under-booking.
- Optimize revenue for rooms, F&B;, banquets, spa,



and other services.
- Analyze booking patterns to identify high/low demand periods.
- Work closely with sales, marketing & front office to align strategies.

Skills Required:
- Strong analytical & data understanding.
- Strategic thinking and quick decision-making.
- Good financial understanding.
- Market and demand awareness.
- Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams.

Qualifications
- Experience in a similar revenue role.
- Knowledge of finance and data analytics.
- Technical skills in PMS, RMS & MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
