Job Title: Physical Education Teacher Department: Academics / Sports & Physical Education Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver PE lessons in line with the school curriculum and age-appropriate fitness standards.
- Teach a variety of sports, games, and physical activities (e.g., athletics, football, basketball, gymnastics, yoga, swimming, etc.).
- Assess and monitor students' physical fitness levels and track progress over time.
- Organize and supervise inter-house/inter-school sports events, tournaments, and annual sports days.
- Train and coach school teams for competitions at the district, state, or national level.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical activities and maintain sports equipment/facilities.
- Foster values such as discipline, teamwork, leadership, and fair play among students.




- Identify and nurture talented students for advanced training or competitive sports.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and fitness assessments.
- Collaborate with other faculty members on health, wellness, and extracurricular programs.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, injuries, or behavioral concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest teaching methods, sports techniques, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) - MANDATORY:
- Prior experience teaching PE or coaching sports (typically 1-3+ years, depending on level).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
