- Role Overview

As a Business Development Apprentice, you will support our outbound business development team by connecting with prospective customers in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and helping schedule meetings for our Business Development team.

Fresh MBA graduates with strong academic performance are preferred.



We will provide structured training in B2B sales processes, communication techniques, outbound calling, and business development strategies.
- Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand the assigned account and communicate the purpose of the outreach professionally.
- Connect with decision-makers and introduce Dash Technologies' capabilities.
- Generate interest and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
- Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and activity targets.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions.
- Skills & Qualifications Required- MBA in Sales or Marketing (mandatory).
- Excellent spoken English with good listening and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
