We are hiring an analytical and result-driven Performance Marketer at Mocaup with proven expertise in scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

If you know how to build full-funnel paid strategies, optimize for cost-per-lead (CPL) / ROAS, structure high-converting ad creative angles, and turn data into actionable scaling decisions, we'd love to chat.

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Platform Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, PMax), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Funnel & Audience Strategy: Build tailored audience segments, custom retargeting flows, and B2B/B2C funnel architectures.
- Ad Creative & Copy Alignment: Work closely with design and video editing teams to conceptualize high-converting hooks, ad copy, and landing page angles.
- Optimization & Scaling: Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, placement, bid strategies, and audience targets to push down acquisition costs.




- Analytics & Attribution: Track conversion events, manage pixel setups, UTM tracking, and analyze attribution models to deliver explicit ROI reporting.

Requirements:
- Hands-on Experience: Proven track record running profitability-focused campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads (Portfolio/Case Studies required).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Deep proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Technical Setup: Understanding of pixel setups, custom conversion events, Server-Side Tracking / CAPI, and lead form integrations.
- Copywriting & Hook Sensitivity: Ability to write strong ad copy and guide creative direction for maximum click-through rates (CTR).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
