Job Profile:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials, social media, and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and marketing vendors.
- Manage social media campaigns, promotional events, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to promote new menus, offers, events, and services.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Build partnerships with influencers, corporate clients, and local businesses to enhance brand reach.

Requirements:
- MBA (Marketing), PGDM (Marketing), BBA (Marketing), Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication,



Hospitality Management, or any relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or hospitality branding.
- Robust knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and brand development.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is preferred.
